I am so sorry for your loss. I did not get a chance to know Pete, but can feel the goodness of his soul through the obituary. May God continue to give you strength during this time.
I personally knew Pete for over 37 years when he and his buddies used to come to the bar and he even paid is $1.00 for every trip we had booked for our customers on his tour bus, he was always a man of many stories, Tommy knew him from being one of the guys at the bar telling stories you are deeply missed and our thoughts are with you Shirley.
I enjoyed when Pete would come in to the sign shop. He always had a smile on his face and a funny story to tell. He was a kind person and you could tell that even before you had the pleasure of meeting him. My thoughts are with Shirley and the family...
Shirley and Family,
Your sweet Pete will always be in your heart and his memories will always bring a smile to everyone who knew him's face, including mine!
Your Adams Cameron Family is here for you always, especially me!

When I first moved back to the Daytona Beach Area, Shirley, Pete, my wife Rene and I took a trip to New Orleans for work. I really got to know Pete then and loved to listen to his stories. I think Rene and I were very fortunate to get to know him so long ago because he was such a great guy to chat with when in the office. His stories and very easy laugh provided a great break when you needed it and his experience was always of value to me and the commercial team. Pete will most certainly be missed by me and my family.
All the best to Shirley and the family,
John, Rene and the Adams Family
Dear Shirley and the West Family:
You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this time of heart ache and loss. May the good memories continue to fill your hearts.
Much love,
Kim and the Bell Family
Like Ric H, Pete took me as a "newbie" under his wing vis a vis "condotels" back in 2002, down at 600 S Atlantic. That got me off to a confident start...not big deals but a good number of them.
His office open door and pleasant demeanor - and, of course, the kind and caring direction provided by his "better half" - are just some of the characteristics which make being part of Adams Cameron a wonderful family affair.
My deepest condolences to Shirley and the family - reading Pete's story here confirms that Shirley and Pete had magical years together.
ShirleyI am very sorry for your loss, although I never
met him personally, I know,by talking to you of the tremendous love
You shared together, and the care he received during his illness.
Our thoughts and prayers be with you at this most difficult time.
May God strengthen and comfort you in the days to come!!
