Rev. Charlie R. Brown
Rev. Charlie R. Brown of DeLand, FL was born in Delta, AL on March 1, 1946. He passed away on June 7, 2013 in Port Orange, FL at the age of 67 years.
He graduated from Cleburne County High School in 1965 and enlisted in the US Army, where he served as a Military Police Officer (MP) while being stationed in Germany. After being honorably discharged in 1967, Charlie moved to Toledo, OH where he started Heflin Printing. He retired and relocated to FL in 2006. He was a 40 year member of the American Legion, and was Past Commander of Post 50 in Daytona Beach.
He is survived by his brother Lyle E. Brown of DeLand, FL.
Services will be private, at the request of the family.
