Richard Warren Flanery's Obituary
Richard W. Flanery was born in Pasadena, California on December 25, 1934, and died of natural
causes on January 12, 2022, at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Center in Palm Coast, Florida. Richard
was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Eula Geneva Flanery, and three of his six
children: Ricky (age 5); Constance (age 61) and Troy (age 59).
Richard is survived by daughters Linda (Michael) Argeline, Bluffton, South Carolina; Terresa
(Sam) Pollino, Temescal Valley, California, and son, Timothy (Beth), Chandler, Arizona. He was
preceded in death by his grandson, Captain Benjamin Cerniglia, and is survived by his remaining
grandchildren: Joseph, Adam, Samantha, Nicolas, Demi and seven great-grandchildren: Ashley,
Benjamin, Rusty, Thomas, Austin, Nathaniel and Alexander. Richard has three surviving siblings:
sisters Yvonne Harris, Claremont, California, Marlene O’Finan, Prescott, Arizona and brother,
Gerald Robinson, Arvada, Colorado.
Richard primarily held a career in Land Development consulting throughout Canada, Florida,
Texas, Arizona and California. He retired twenty years ago in Palm Coast, Florida.
A private memorial will be held by his immediate family.
