Richard James Palmer's Obituary
It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Richard James Palmer, age 66, on July 25, 2024. He was born on September 20th, 1957, in Meadville, PA to the late John A Palmer and the late Phyillis Rudy Palmer. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Gary Palmer. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Brenda; son, James and daughter in law Heather; daughter, Jennifer, 6 grandchildren; sister, Donna Willis, and many uncles, nieces and nephews. Richard served 28 years in the Air Force. His legacy of hard work and love for his family will forever be remembered.
