Robert George Green Jr.'s Obituary
Robert George Green Jr., 79, passed away on April 1, 2023 in Bunnell, Florida. He was a proud husband, father, grandfather, mentor, and friend to many. He served his country with honor in the US Air Force traveling the world and protecting those he loved. Retiring from ITT in Clifford NJ he then became a security guard and the greatest Avon salesman in the tri-state area.
He was born November 1, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA. He's lived in many places including New York, Idaho, Germany, Connecticut, and Florida, to name a few.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert G. Green Sr. and Marion Elizabeth Green; his brothers John H. Green and William F. Green.
Robert leaves behind his loving wife Irene Mami-Green, his sisters Nancy DiBattista and Cheryl Marcum both of Niceville Fla, his bother Thomas (Marlene) Green of Bensalem, PA.
Robert was blessed with eight children: Tony (Hunter) Mami, Leah (Patrick) Curran, Micheal Green, Kimberlee Ferreira, Gloria Mami, Danielle Green, Robert (Millie) Green III, and Francis (Rachel) Mami. As well as 26 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family. Services will be at 5pm and then a family gathering will follow at the Hidden Trails Community Center in Bunnell Florida.
He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne, PA.
