Robert Jerome Provenzano
Robert Jerome Provenzano was born on July 3, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Jerome and Victoria Provenzano nee Valouche. He passed away on October 16, 2012 in Palm Coast, FL at the age of 65 years, 3 months, and 13 days.
Robert has resided in Florida for over 20 years after relocating from New York. He loved everything to do with the water, from fishing to his true passion boating. Robert attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast, FL, and had recently joined the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 2709 in Palm Coast, FL.
He is survived by his sister Lorraine Walz and husband Thomas of NC, nieces, Michelle Hall and husband William of FL, and Jennifer Ross and husband Albert William of NC, and a great niece Hailey Hall of FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Robert’s name to the American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Parkway Marietta, GA 30067 or Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, 150 Memorial Medical Parkway Palm Coast, FL 32164
The family will be having a private gathering at Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel in Port Orange, FL on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 4-6 pm.
All services are under the direction of Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, Port Orange, FL
