Robert Daniel Mynes' Obituary
Robert Daniel Mynes, 83, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed on January 3, 2023 at his residence.
Bob was born and raised in Beckley, WV, where he attended Woodrow Wilson High School and shortly after graduation joined the Air Force and trained as a specialist in electronics and instrument controls. With a strong background in mechanics, electronics, and robotics, he worked at Proctor & Gamble up to his retirement where he settled in Palm Coast, FL. and started a new career as a proud remodeler and gardener.
When he wasn't partying and entertaining family and friends at home, you could find him enjoying a cruise, casino, or flying to a far off vacation spot.
He touched the lives of everyone he met either through his helping hands or his quick wit and story telling. He is deeply loved and will be missed by all who were lucky enough to call him their friend.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Pat) of 42 years. His children include Robert Mark Mynes of Seattle, WA., Scott Gregg Mynes of Hanover Twp., PA., Melissa Lynn Sickler of Tunkhannock, PA,.
Christopher Ryan Mynes of Tunkhannock, PA., and David Carl Mynes of Monroe Twp., PA. His 6 Grandchildren include Mary, Matthew, Daelyn, Jamie, Leland, and Layla. His sister-in-laws, Louanne Giles of Susquehanna, PA and Michelle Lukens of Uniondale, PA.
He is preceded in death by his father, Bernard Clay Mynes of Detroit, MI, his mother, Leona Adkins Elam of Sprague, WV and three younger siblings, Armister Clay Mynes of Orlando, FL., Juanita McManamay of Newport, NC., and Johnny Ray Elam of Raeford, NC.

Military Honors Ceremony will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the Veteran's Memorial Park in Flagler Beach followed by at Luncheon at the AmVets Post 113, 3400 Steel Rail Drive., Bunnell, Fl. 32110.
