Roberta S. Mathews' Obituary
Roberta Sharabell (Sharie) Mathews, formerly of Warren, OH passed away May 14, 2022, at the Stuart Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, FL. She was born December 15, 1941 in Weston, WV, the daughter of Robert and Kathryn White.
For many years, Sharie had her own home cleaning business. She was a devout christian and attended the North Mar Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. In her spare time, Sharie loved to crochet, sew, and garden. She also had lots of fun competing against friends and family in both miniature "putt putt" golf and bowling. Sharie moved to Palm Coast, FL in 2019 to be near her daughter Kathy.
She is survived by her three children: Sons Donald R. Mathews of Columbus, OH and Russell A. (Constance) Mathews, of Warren, OH; and daughter Virginia Kathryn (Joel) Davisson of Palm Coast, FL. She had seven grandchildren: Chris, Jenifer, Josiah, Rebecca, Bianca, Sarah, Anna (Garrett) along with eight great grandchildren. Also surviving is her brother Ronald (Ann) White and their 3 children.
Preceding Sharie in death were her parents, her husband William R. Mathews, her sister Annabelle Weisenseel, and 13 year old granddaughter, Shekinah Glory Davisson.
She will be buried beside her husband William at the Peterson Cemetery in Weston, WV on June 4, 2022 at 4pm. Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service of Bunnell, FL is assisting the family with arrangements. www.HeritageFlagler.com
