Roberto A. Carlesimo's Obituary
Roberto, 82, also known as Tony, passed away peacefully at Advent Hospice in Palm Coast on May 3, 2022. He was born in Naples, Italy, but grew up in New York City. He served in the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1966 as a medic. He attended Fordham University and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. in Business and Public Administration. By profession he was a banker, retiring from SunTrust in 1995. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Michelle; two daughters, Giovanna Bourassa (Brian), and Gina McAllister, and three grandchildren; Emily and Brian Bourassa and Matilynn McAllister. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion and Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church. The family has chosen to forgo a funeral and have a celebration of life at a later date.
