Ruth was my treasured friend that I met in Miami when we attended Central Presbyterian Church and attended the Blessing of the Animals; she brought her Keeshond Irish and we brought our Keeshond Keesha. She was a loving, giving soul and brightened the day of anyone she encountered. We had the pleasure of knowing Bob as well. My friendship continued with Ruth after she moved to Bowie to be closer to family. We enjoyed chatting on the phone and enjoying the latest news on her beloved Bailey. I miss Ruth greatly - it's our loss and Heaven's gain. We'll meet again dear Ruth.

We met Ruth at the lake where we used to walk most afternoons. She would take her dog for a walk. She was such a loving person and she always thanked us for taking care of the cats that lived in the woods. I found her so nice and kind and friendly. She was indeed a very special lady and I am so glad that I met her. My husband and I send our sincere condolences to Ruth's family.I know that Ruth is in heaven. Sharon & Larry Williams.
