Sharon Jean Thompson's Obituary
Sharon J. (Miller) Thompson of Hamlin, New York passed away suddenly on March 31st, 2020 in Palm Coast, Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Douglas Sr. of Hamlin, New York; her sons Douglas Jr. (Rebecca) of Hamlin, New York, Raymond of Frankfort, Kentucky, Jonathan of Palm Coast, Florida; her daughter Diantha (Kevin) Potter of Dansville, New York; her brother Lyell Colburn and her sister Lisa (Ed) Kennedy; her grandchildren Brittany (Tim), Brandon, Morgan, Dakota, Nicolas, Tyler, Mercedez (Ben), Camdyn, Landen, Braelynne, Josh, and Danielle; her six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved Bichon Frisé, Lacey.
Sherry was born in Brockport, New York on May 24th, 1943 to the late Raymond Miller and late Dorothy Colburn. Sharon loved her flower and vegetable gardens and especially her orchid collection. She was an avid cook and always made sure to bring food to family gatherings. Sharon loved all of her grandchildren and refused to miss any of their school or sporting events.
Due to the current state of health and safety, no memorial services will be held at this time.
