To Mr. Grim's family, I offer my deep condolences. After being discharged after serving 2 tours in Vietnam, Mr. Grim hired me as a dishwasher at the Delaware Water Gap HOJO'S. Soon, seeing my eye for food, he gave me the position as prep cook, then prepping breakfast before opening. Mr. Grim was a mentor and he trusted me with his restaurant. He knew I wouldn't let him down. I've lived my life leaning on many lessons he taught me. Although it's been over 50 years since we last saw each other, I remember him very fondly. Godspeed, Mr. Grim.
