Theodora "Thea" Siehl's Obituary
Theodora “Thea” Siehl of Palm Cost Florida, formerly of LaSalle Co, died February 28th, 2022. She was born in Manhattan NY to John and Frances (Rubinowski) Smith December 6th, 1951.
She leaves behind her husband Robert “Bob” Siehl of 34 years, son George Jr McGrory (Lori) and son James McGrory (Lindsay), sister Jeri (Rick) Lees, Annie (Rocky) Rauco, Kathy Kemmer and three beloved grandsons Shane, Luke and Mason.
Thea was a dedicated wife, mother, friend, coworker, employer and business woman. She started her professional life at the Hibbert Group and worked her way up the corporate ladder to a Senior Account Executive working with companies such as Apple. She also was a Senior Account Executive for the K/P Corporation before moving on to becoming Vice President of Operations with Business Outsourcing where one of her greatest accomplishments was being instrumental in obtaining a multimillion dollar contract with the US Olympic Committee. For the last 21 years, she and her husband Bob ran Royal Disposal and then finally they retired to Florida in 2021.
She is preceded in death by her parents John and Frances Smith.
A celebration of life is scheduled for September 3rd 2022.
