Thomas Dow Smith was born on May 9, 1940 in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn, NY to the late Everett and Charlotte Smith nee Lyons. He passed away on October 23, 2012 in Palm Coast, FL at the age of 72 years, 5 months, and 14 days.
Thomas moved to Florida in 2008 from Minnesota. He enjoyed snow skiing and playing tennis.
In addition to his parents, Thomas is preceded in death by his sister, Suzanne Smith.
He is survived by his daughters, Tracy Barreto and husband Ramon of FL, Elizabeth Werner of NY, and Robin Meilke of MN, and his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, Quintin, Jeffrey, Corey, Haley, Brittnay, Samantha, Nicholas, and Suzannah.
All arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, Port Orange, FL
