Wanda W. Bulmer
Wanda Wilhelmina Bulmer was born August 18, 1920 to the late Hendrick Brught Douwes, and Henrietta Douwes nee Saalfeld, in Paterson, NJ and passed away July 12, 2012 in Daytona Beach, FL at the age of 91 years of age.
Wanda loved spending time at the beach, playing cards, and spending time with her family; she devoted her life to caring for her husband and children.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas William Bulmer Jr. and Henry Peter Bulmer both of Ormond Beach, FL, and her daughter Anita Louise Ford and husband Larry also of Ormond Beach, FL. Wanda also leaves behind her brother Henry Douwes and wife Marjorie of Palm Coast. Her grandchildren, Fara Daniels of Deltona, FL, Lauren Rizzi of Ormond Beach, FL, Liana Gertzer of NY, William and Peter Bulmer also of NY. Wanda’s great-grandchildren Brianna Daniels of Deltona, FL and Joshua Gertzer of NY.
In addition to being preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, she is preceded by her husband Thomas William Bulmer Sr., and her daughter Rita Bulmer at the age of four due to Leukemia; she was the twin sister of Thomas Bulmer Jr.
Private services will be held at a later time and date. All arrangements are under the care of Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, Port Orange, FL.
