Billy, I have known you for 50 years, since our fathers worked together, then we worked together for 36 years. We are brothers. You are Tina and my dear friend, you are loved by my girls. We have so many wonderful memories with you and Lisa. You were a caring person, always ready to talk and listen. You were loved and will be missed. RIP my brother.
We will miss you so much.
We first met Billy and Lisa when they moved to Pelican Preserve in Ft. Myers around the time we moved here. We happened to be natives of Allentown, PA then transplanted to Philly area. Billy had the same GP as me growing up. Talk about a small world! Our common ground was Penn State and the Philadelphia Eagles. So loved talking sports and even went to Tampa Bay Bucs game vs. the Eagles back in 2018 with Billy, Lisa and another friend. We golfed together and cheered for our sports teams. Was sad when Billy and Lisa moved to Bunnell, but will always remember fondly all we shared together! ❤️

John and I met Billy when he and Lisa moved to Pelican Preserve. We were both newbies. Billy was a guy you could count on to help you in any way- from detailing my golf cart to picking up art work when I realized it didn’t fit in my car. He and John loved boating and the”need for speed” when out on the water. He loved Lisa Kobi and his family more than anything and it showed in everything he did. I know he is in a place where he is at peace and of course voicing his political beliefs with vigor!!!
Billy was a good friend and great person. He would do anything he could to help others. He loved our country and was a true Patriot. He loved Penn State football and wrestling and we shared lots of stories about our teams. Billy was so appreciative of all things and always made you feel better when you were with him. Good friends are hard to find. They are even harder to lose. We are proud to be a part of Billy’s huge circle of friends.
