Anna Maria Diformato's Obituary
Anna Maria DiFormato (Anita), 64, passed away on February 23rd, 2021 at home with her Husband by her side.
Anita was born in the Netherlands to Peter and Elizabeth Van Den Bergh and raised with her Sister, Marcia. She met her husband of 46 years, became a proud military wife and a loving mother of two daughters.
In 1994, the family took up permanent residence in Palm Coast, FL. Here she began a long career as a caregiver in home health, nursing and rehabilitation. Anita was passionate about her work and known for her compassion, selflessness and tenacity. She made lasting friendships and touched the lives of many. Anita took great pride in her home and enjoyed decorating and gardening. Her life centered around her family as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt.
The loss of Anita will undoubtedly be felt by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Diformato, daughters Donna Turner and Stephanie Schagen, sons-in-law Keith Turner and Matthew Schagen and grandchildren Sean, Marissa, and Annabelle Turner.
