So sorry to hear of Alayne's passing. I heard through Ruby while receiving a 2012 Christmas card. I always loved Alayne's name and still do. Such fond memories I (we all) have of our childhood amongst the neighbors. How all our parents were friends along with all us kids. Since my bedroom window was at your side door. I have many memories of your mom and grandmother gathering and conversing out side my window.... Also a moment in time was when Eric and I had a tea party with PBJ's on your back patio with you mom serving us, having our picture taken to capture that moment in time, way before we entered school. Just seeing that photo as an adult is priceless. Also one Christmas where after opening my own presents, coming to the Arenberg house in my pajamas to have hours go by with me still in my PJ's well into the afternoon. Will never forget your stocking toys of gadgets. Best wishes to the Arenberg and their extended families at this time.

To Arenberg family,
Very sorry to here of your mothers passing. My condolences to everyone. In remembering your mother I reflect on many special memories going back to the old neighborhood in north miami. Especially during christmas holiday's Mrs. Arenberg would teach us in the back yard how to make christmas candles for christmas and decorate the candles. She spent countless hours with helping the cub scouts as a den mother as so did my own mother Sarah. She was very generous and caring to all of us and will deeply miss her kindness. Vacations in flagler beach were very special to me and I will never forget Mr.and Mrs.Arenberg's caring ways when we visited them in Flagler Beach. Treated me like family. I will always have them in my thoughts and prayers forever. Respectfully

Just heard of your mother's passing and my family and I offer our sincere condolences. They last time I saw her was about a year ago and I will always remember the lovely visit we had -- your mother, myself, Danny and Amy. I will always remember how I loved visiting your mother when I was a teenager because she treated me like an adult friend. Our deepest sympathies for your loss.

Arenberg family,
My condolences to the passing of your mother. I didn't hear about it till well after the fact or this would have come sooner. So many memories of your mom. All the way back to her picking us up on "rainey day afternoons" at North Miami Elementary School, Den 7 Pack 42, putting up with all our nonsense over the years and so many others. Again I was very sorry to hear of her passing.
