in honor of Charles.

I own a company that was lucky enough to work for Mr. and Mrs. Cobb in the Smoky Mountains. When he found out that I was at the MLB game that Pete Rose passed Ty Cobb's all time hit record, he would not let me go back to work before we thoroughly discussed the game, the achievement and the men. Also when he found out I used to own a house that was literally around the corner from his State Farm office he was tickled at the irony of meeting each other in North Carolina. What a wonderful couple. He was such a lively man. May he rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing. Also I wish I could give Mrs. Cobb a hug for support.

Mr. and Mrs. Cobb hired my construction company to work on their home in the NC mountains. When they find out that my wife and i used to live in edgewater we were like part of the family! Mr. Cobb was a wonderfully engaging man. I am better for knowing him. My thoughts are with Mrs. Cobb.
