Jake was a kind and giving person, we were neighbors in Palm Coast for 5 1/2 years oh the fun we all had, he always kept us laughing.. it was Jake and Susan., and Pilar and Eddie an JoAnn (me) & Stan 3 pairs of musketeers! The dinners the drinks, the laughs, never a dull moments… here is one fun time they had at a Halloween Party he lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every minute of it.. a most fun person to be around brought everyone’s spirts up. This is sad news. I will always remember how Jake would come over to where Chuck and I lived and pull up a chair and spend time with Chuck during the days before Chuck passed on. We enjoyed that friendship. God Bless you and all the family.

My "brother from another mother" as we (JAKE & I), greeted each other. Jake and Sue became friends with me and my wife Pilar almost instantly. We were their neighbors from across the street. He was a funny guy who would always make us laugh. After greeting me, he turned to my wife and greeted her with, "My sister from another mister." What a character and great friend who was always full of fun. We loved him like family and Love Sue too. Jake, we will miss you, but we will see you again. May our Lord Jesus have mercy give Sue strength through this trbulation.

When we 1st met Jake 5 years ago, we became instant friends, He had a welcoming smile, he exuberated so much positivity and was extremely generous. I admired him for the unwavering love he had for his wife Susan, his son Joe and the rest of his family. We absolutely adored him and will miss him. I pray his family will find strength in holding on to their beautiful memories.
