Renette Santhouse passed away suddenly on November 25, 2017 at the age of 59. Renette will lovingly be remembered by her mother, Joan(Hayes) Santhouse, brother William (Kathy), sisters Kathleen (Howie) Botsford, Suzanne (Roger) Mo Read Obituary
I spent more then a few evenings enjoying Renette’s company over the years.We had many laughs together. I knew her through her sister Kathleen. I also know Renette provided in home nursing care in our community and often talked about how she loved her job and patients . I could tell she was truly committed to them during our conversations. Renette will be missed by her family, friends, acquaintances, and many people in our community- such a loss

Even though Renette was older than myself and my siblings, and one of the "city cousins" and we the "country cousins", I remember how much she enjoyed riding the horses and hanging out with us and our animals. I will forever remember those times and the joy she expressed then and in the years following and consider myself and my family fortunate to have known her. She will be greatly missed.

Oh my, what a loss for so many to endure. Yet a celebration to know Ray is one of God’s chosen ones who will always be an angel in his hands.
She had a heart bigger than the State of Alaska, a laugh that would bring anyone out of a bad day and compassion that could calm a sea.
I was blessed to meet her just after she moved to Flagler and was honored to work as her partner in hospice. She was the sister I never had and a true friend with unconditional love.
My heart and prayers go to her family that she adored and spoke of frequently with me.
May God bless her and her family and hold them in the palm of his hand. What a treasure she was and will always be.
