Renette J. Santhouse's Obituary
Renette Santhouse passed away suddenly on November 25, 2017 at the age of 59. Renette will lovingly be remembered by her mother, Joan(Hayes) Santhouse, brother William (Kathy), sisters Kathleen (Howie) Botsford, Suzanne (Roger) Mooney, her nieces Michelle and Danielle, her nephews Father Bill and Matthew and her beloved pets, Jasper and Baby who she rescued from local shelters. She was predeceased by her father William in 1996 and her sister-in-law Debbie in 2007.
A native of East Meadow, NY, Renette graduated from East Meadow High School. She went on to attend Adelphi University where she graduated with a degree in nursing. Renette worked as an RN first at Parker Jewish Institute, then as a home health provider after her move to Flagler Beach, Florida in 2002. Her patients will miss her compassionate and tender care. She will be remembered as a strong advocate for her patients care.
Renette enjoyed traveling, reading, and gardening. She was very generous with her time and donations to many charitable organizations.
A service will be held Monday, December 4 at 2 PM at Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Hudson, FL.
