Dr. Richard L. Shaffer, 69, passed away on October 2, 2023 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Richard was born on October 4, 1953 in Sharon, PA. He was a family practice physician for over 30 years in Philadelphia, PA and Longwood, FL. He retired four years ago and enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orval and Sara Shaffer.
Richard is survived by siblings Sandra and Robert; nephews Andrew and Ryan; nieces Lori and Christine.
