Judy Gale
Like many other fortunate people, I met Richard through my bookkeeping work at Westside Elementary and Horizon Elementary Schools in the early 1980's. Each year I looked forward to Richard's auditing visits because he was such a pleasure to be around, laughed a lot, shared lunches with me and was forever such a gentleman. I feel blessed to have known him and offer my kindest sympathy to all his family.
