William "Bill" Ryan's Obituary
William "Bill Francis Ryan of Palm Coast, Florida passed away Sunday May 21, 2023 after battle with cancer; he was 79. Bill was born in Sidney, New York on November 18, 1943, served in the U.S. Navy and developed a successful career in Silicon Valley as a marketing executive. Bill spent his life searching for a sense of belonging which drove his passion for discovering lineage. He scoured records and traveled to Ireland to create an impressive family tree. He was truly a lover of history. Bill was eager to hear others' experiences, learn new things, and see the world from different perspectives. He was quick-witted and a big James Taylor fan (which highlights his character) and kept up with social causes right up until the end. Bill will be missed by his wife Carol Ann Ryan, his daughters Kelly Brieger and Erin Ryan, granddaughters Alexandra and Grace Brieger, and his extended family Cynthia Aponte, Craig Ryan, Jennifer Carter, Lance Croft, Mikaela Barnes, and Charlie.
